Region VII Rally, Creede, CO
It was Creede, Colorado in the Fall and absolutely beautiful at Mountains View at Rivers Edge. We observed the colors changing day by day. The days were warm and the nights were chilly. Many had sun burns after Game's Day but oh what fun we had. The Creede Repertory Theatre presented a wonderful production of the "Quilters." Rally Coordinators Mel and Donna Braun, Bernie and Joyce Clements organized and conducted a superb Regional Rally. If you were not able to go, enjoy the photos in this album and if you did go, reflect on good memories.

New Mexicans were honored with an official New Mexico Day during which we served breakfast to the attendees and had our own yummy evening meeting and potluck. Enjoy the photos and see if you recognize anyone.

Chapter 433's Annual Percha State Park Fish Fry
Percha State Park is a beautiful surprise to the first time visitor. Prepare to enjoy tranquil days and nights next to the Rio Grande River shore. Old leafy cottonwoods and ash trees form an umbrella for your rigs in covered picnic-table sites. Electric and water hookups provide excellent service. The restrooms are new and fully equipted. Percha offers the ambiance of a well landscaped, but totally natural state park. A pleasureable leisure walk through this natural bird sanctuary of green grass, wild flowers and a marsh crossed by a arched wooden bridge , will direct you to the tree shaded shores of the Percha Dam and Rio Grande River. Look for the Heron fishing in the middle of the dam. Lovely!
